Scope of Services
I am available for freelance drafting projects on an hourly or project basis with a fast drawing turnaround and response time and immediate electronic access to CAD drawings. I am able to work within the framework of your current drawing preferences, such as layering, fonts, etc.

I have been involved in the modular home industry since 1990. For 10 years I worked in the Engineering Department of Chelsea Modular Home in Marlboro, NY where I was CAD manager, responsible for a staff of CAD designers, the production of preliminary and permit set drawings and maintaining the daily flow of shop drawings to the plant. In addition to the managerial duties, I wrote programs running within AutoCAD that greatly speeded the drawing of framing plans, section, elevations, cutlists, etc. Since 2000, I have done freelance and contract work with builders, homeowners and modular manufacturers.

In addition to CAD drafting, I am available to provide Access database and web integration services. I can design and host an interactive web site for your business or maintain your current website while making it a more efficient tool of communication for your sales staff, engineers and customers.
