I can produce a range of drawings from preliminary design drawings for your personal use, pricing drawings for the builder or modular manufacturer or, in some cases, the actual shop drawings used by the factory in production of modular sections. I can provide foundation or other site-work drawings for review by your architect or engineer.
If you are a home owner and are considering an addition to your residence, I am able to provide detailed working drawings when adequate information concerning the existing structure is provided. I will work closely with your architect or engineer. (See below.)
The benefit to you, the home buyer is a fast turnaround of drawings. You are the owner of your design and many builders are more amenable to discussing custom homes if they do not need to invest in the design service themselves. Your drawings are posted on a webpage immediately upon completion for your review and comments, eliminating much of the time lags often encountered when a builder must submit sketches to an architect or factory engineering department for preliminary design services. This often takes weeks or months of back and forth communication, interspersed with long periods of waiting.
Builders of your choice or their factory sales reps can download your drawings online or I am able to email them directly in a variety of formats. A customer interface is provided for design requests or other questions, or you may phone or email me.
